Royal Gray Broiler

Our Royal Grey Broiler is multicolored, Chicks come in a variety of colors for this multicolored broiler. The Royals are a colored meat bird similar to the Imperial Red broiler. However, it grows faster and its confirmation includes larger breast portions with smaller leg portions, compared with the Imperial. {{br}} This broiler grows at a moderate rate and achieves a live weight of approximately 5.75 pounds in 9 weeks on 13.5 pounds of feed (FCR 2.35). Day-old chicks are available as red broilers, grey broilers, or mixed broilers and can be ordered as a straight run or cockerels (males) only. Fertile eggs for our colored broiler can also be ordered for hatcheries or family farms.

Conventional Cornish Cross Broiler

Our Conventional Broiler is a fast growing, commercial quality meat bird. Known for rapid growth and weight gains, our bird reaches a broiler/fryer weight of 4lbs. by 5 weeks of age, or can be managed to a roaster chicken weight of 8-10 lbs. by 8 weeks. Bred for meat production, our Cornish Cross has excellent conformation; plump, tender breast meat; and good skin texture. Customers successfully grow this broiler in both a housed environment and a pasture-raised system. {{br}} This Conventional Broiler chicken has an excellent feed conversion rate. A live weight of 4-5 lbs. (3.5 lbs. dressed) can be achieved on less than 2 pounds of feed per pound of meat.

Imperial Red Broiler

Our Imperial broiler is a colored meat bird that is rich in flavor. While not as broad-breasted as the Conventional Broiler, this colored broiler chicken has a longer breast bone and larger thigh and drumstick portions. These meat chickens are known for their textured meat and gourmet flavor that’s preferred by discriminating consumers and many high-end restaurant chefs.{{br}} This broiler grows at a moderate rate and achieves a live weight of approximately 5.4 pounds in 9 weeks on 12.5 pounds of feed (FCR 2.30). Day-old chicks are available as red broilers or a hatchery choice and can be ordered as a straight run, only males or only females. Fertile eggs for our colored broiler can also be ordered for hatcheries or family farms.
